Providing immigration case instructions under the ICT, including the complete Documents and Mandatory Forms Checklist;
Determining business ideas for prospective business activities in Canada based on the client's business profile, preferences;
Assisting in the preparation of the mandatory Business Plan suiting ICT requirements;
Gathering and reviewing the preliminary documents required under the ICT and completing the preparation of your file under the Program;
Completing the legal entity incorporation procedures and acquiring the Business number;
Creating employer portal for newly established company and filing an offer of employment;
Preparing the relevant immigration forms for the Main Applicant, spouse and all dependent children under 22 years old;
Organizing the relevant documentation relating to the ICT;
Submission of your Work permit visa application under the ICT;
Informing the Client of any changes in the relevant laws, procedures and regulations related to the ICT;
Keeping track of the status of the relevant procedures and update the Applicant until the issuance of the Work Permit;
Interacting with and representing the Client before the relevant Canadian authorities;
