• The Services you are offering;
• Your Products;

• Number of employees on the payroll;
• Website, company brochures.

3.  We will present a Brief overview of your business idea in Canada;

We will include if applicable all preliminary Agreements with potential clients / partners in Canada.

4.  We will gather the following documents:

• Company registration and articles of incorporation of your current Company;
• Financial statements for the past 2 years of your Company;
• Your personal bank statement for the past 3 months;
• Your Company bank statement for the past 3 months;
• Letter of good standing from an accounting firm attesting of your position as owner and/or Managing director of the Company;
• Copies of contracts / invoices/ receipts / letters from Company clients attesting to Company activities;
• Corporate and personal tax declarations from country of residence for the past 2 years;
